Comparison of disk diffusion test and Etest for voriconazole and fluconazole susceptibility testing

Abstrakt

Disk test as well as Etest provide comparable and reproducible results of fluconazole and voriconazole testing of pathogenic fungi. The only considerable variability was associated with testing of Candida glabrata strains.
