Research on peripheral regions in Czechia: Theorethical and methodological remarks and basic results

Abstract

The contribution deals with different issues of the research of the polarization of space (core-periphery), with the definition of periphery (marginality) from geographical point of view and with methods used for delimitation of peripheral areas.
