Increase in Gamma H2AX and Decrease in NK Cell Characterise Response of Human Lymphocytes to Low Let Irradiation

Abstrakt

In this study we search for a suitable biodosimetric indicator of gamma radiation dose, which would be based on analysis of human peripheral lymphocytes. Intesity of phosphorylation of H2AX exhibits dose-dependence.

Response of lymphocyte subsets was also studied.
