Markers of platelet activation and apoptosis in platelet concentrates collected by apheresis

Abstrakt

The activation and apoptosis of platelets in thrombocyte concentrates collected by to different apheresis devices were followed by the measurement of sP-selectin and annexin V. Both apheresis products are comparable.
