Selected Immunological Changes in Patients with Goeckerman's Therapy TNF-alpha, sE-selectin, sP-selectin, sICAM-1 and IL-8

Abstrakt

Psoriasis is one of the most frequent inflammatory skin diseases in which abnormal individual immune reactivity plays an important role. The aim of the present study was to describe selected immunological changes, concerning pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-8) and adhesion molecules (sE-selectin, sP-selectin, sICAM-1), in 56 patients cured by Goeckerman's therapy (GT).
