The activity of oxaliplatin (OHP) and irinotecan (CPT) alone or in combination with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in advanced colorectal cancer si comparable, but there are limited data on the effectiveness of oxaliplatin in patients pretreated by irinotecan.
