THE CO-OPERATION OF RURAL MUNICIPALITIES - CHANCE OR CONDITION OF ACHIEVEMENT

Abstract

The paper focus on discussion of possibilities and limits in inter municipal co-operation between rural municipalities. In the paper analyzes several aspects of today collaboration and there are shown possibilities and not yet existed forms of municipal cooperation.
