Abstract
The detailed classification of traumatic brain lesions is reviewed from pathobiological point of view with a particular respect to heterogeneity of a traumatic focus, the primary versus secondary lesion, focal or diffused alteration, autodestructive process, and to correlation of a pathomorphologic substrate with its radiography image.
