Highly methylated purines and purinium salts as analogues of heteromines

Abstract

Three new unsubstituted or N-methylated derivatives of 2-amino-6,7,9-trimethylpurinium iodides were prepared by quaternization of the corresponding 2-amino-6,7-dimethylpurines.
