Abstract
Review alert that school climate is neither for teachers nor for pupils a neutral category. It maps basic ethical categories and relations among them for that reason.
Social relation framework of scool climate is supposed. The determinants of school climate are demonstrated at the example of the Charter of teachers' laws and of school orders at elementary schools.
The third part points to knowledges about child's moral development and how this development is influenced by a school as a social institution. The last part ilustrates implicit form of climate at two examples.
It is concerned the external differentiation of pupils and integration of handicapped children to normal schools.
