Abstrakt

The levels of P-selectin and MCP-1 which decrease after the hypolipidemic LDL apheresis procedure significantly could be used as another marker showing the effectivity of the extracorporeal LDL-cholesterol elimination (after procedure immediately), and after further verification, may serve as a markef for controlling the therapy intensity.
