Visual evoked potentials in congenital nyctalopia

Abstract

Pattern-reversal and motion-onset VEPs are recordable in normal subjects at luminance of 0.003 cd/m2, in nyctalops only at 0.06 cd/m2. The groups do not differ in photopic conditions both to central (5 deg) and peripheral (outside 20 deg) stimulation.
