Abstract
We present a 3-D model of apoptotic nuclei of HL-60 cells treated with 10 ug/ml Etoposide for 24 hours. We demonstrate the appearance of typical fragmentation of chromatin along with its aggregation to the inner sede of the nucelar membrane.
