Biochemical changes and tissue blood flow in skeletal muscle of patients during cardiac operation

Abstract

The difference of intersticial concentration of glucose, lactate and interstitial blood flow were assessed by interstitial microdialysis in patient undergoing cardiosurgery using cardiopulmonary by-pass in normothermic or hypothermic condition.
