Signal amplification in immunocytochemistry: selected principles, results, and illustrations

Abstract

Three types of signal amplification in ICC modified for our histo- and cytological specimens.Interactions of antibodies against haptens(1)fluorescein or(2)biotin are exploited. Besides,there is a method(3)with O2-catalyzed binding of visualised tyramine.
