Active immunisation by BCG vaccine and immunity against mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract

Atenuated M.bovis BCG strain does not induce sufficient level of protective immunity against TB in all active immunized people. New vaccines which are constructed by molecular biological approach are now under development.
