The relationship between serum leptin concentration and liver regeneration in Wistar and spontaneously hypertensive rats

Abstract

We observed serum leptin,liver DNA and TG in Wistar and hypertensive rats both sex.Leptin increased in all rats 48 h after 67%PH,more expressed in female and caused TG cumulation and more stimulated the liver regeneration.
