Abstract
Comparison of radiosensitivity of hematopoetic cell lines. TP53 negative cells HL-60 are after doses up to 10 Gy arested in G2 phase of cell cycle prior apoptosis.
Massive apoptosis after 10 Gy appears as late as 48 hours following irradiation.
