A case of 12 years long observation of a female patient treated for common variable immunodeficiency and pernicious anemia who developed gastric adenocarcinoma is described; 31 months after the resection of stomach and followed chemotherapy, no signs of tumor disease was been found. From immunopathologic point of view the observation is a clinical example documenting the importance of relations among immunodeficiency, pathologic autoimmunity and onkologic risk.
