Abstract
The paper deals with actual problems of headmasters of schools in the Czech Republic in the context of the preparation of the career system of teachers and school leaders. The author reflects the research investigation, which complements his background, asks provocative questions, whether it is the headmaster of the school at the present time is actually ready for the possible development of the situation.
