The first part describes the higher education system in the Czech Republic and brings basic information about the Czech participation in the Bologna Process. The second one is devoted to the system level governance and deals with government and public structures, participation of stakeholders, legislation and funding issues.
It is followed by the subchapters on institutional level governance, its structures and relationship among units on institutional level. The last part covers recent developments and planned changes in higher education governance.
