Abstract

Nephrology follow -up is an important part of care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Patients are educated and prepared for chosen dialysis method.

Study reveals that even in nephrology clinics 30-70% of patients that enter dialsis treatment are not adequately prepared for its initiation.
