Abstract
The report gives information about first clinical verification of the shortened Czech version of the most worldwide widespread questionnaire which enables diagnosing of patient´s perception of illness - questionnaire IPQ-R (Moss-Morrisová et al., 2002). The study set up three aims: to evaluate patient´s perception of illness through the homogenous sample, to evaluate interpretations of the results by nurses including the determination of eduactional needs of patients , to find out the nurses opinion on usage of the questionnaire within nursing anamnesis.
