Individalismus and Holism: The attempt to overcome a theoretical dilemma

Abstract

This article deals with theoretical dilemma of the individualism and holism. The author of this article try to solve this dilemma in a theoretical explanation demonstrating that the concepts which we use in sociological theory - actor, action and structure - are "duplex", i.e. they are inherently of dualistic nature.
