Five essential recodification changes that managers should not underestimate: The new statutory treatment of building and land, and of due managerial care

Abstract

The article introduces five new interesting changes brought about by the recodification of the Czech private law, such as the change in the legal status of building structures and land, two changes in the corporate law and two in the law of obligations.
