The issue of a whistleblowing in the light European human rights protection

Abstract

The article deals with the protection of whistleblowers from the perspective of human rights law. The author explains that in its first cases the Strasbourg Court tried to elaborate a concise and complex Model for the solution of this problem.

However, in more recent cases the Court abandoned its own model and applied a case-to-case approach.
