De generatione et corruptione : some remarks on foundation and disappearance of departments of philosophy at Charles University after November 1989

Abstract

The paper is focused on a foundation (and disappearance) of departments of philosophy at Charles University in the 1990s. Some general characteristics of early development of academic institutions are emphasized.
