Whistleblowing, its legitimacy and international transfers of personal data problems

Abstract

The author deals mainly with the general concept of whistleblowing, a measure of legitimacy protection and motivational tools implemented in the system whistlebowing, especially against the notifier and problems of international transfers of personal data, which is closely related to whistlebowing.
