Abstract
In its six chapters the publication The Organizational Climate of Teacher Training Faculties describes the basic variables related to the topic stated in its name. It covers mainly the domain of institutions of higher education, organizational climate, academic workers, research tools and proprietary research tools developed for this purpose.
