The presented study maps the approach characteristics to the learning subject of Czech language from the point of view of pupils, but also from the point of view of teachers´perception of pupils´approachers. The results presented come from a research made in the 2 level of Czech elementary schools (sample of 3 108 pupils and 179 of their teachrs).
The stady also shows possibilites to increase the teacher´professional competence using self-diagnostic strategies of the teacher.
