Abstract
In the FRAM project (Novel Policy Framework for Active, Healthy and Dignified Ageing and Provision of Health and Long-term Care) which is supported by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic an the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Solidarity - PROGRESS (2007-2013),we are investigating and evaluating different examples of good practice both in the long-term care prevention and provision in Czech and European communities. Our aim is to create a toolkit of good practices – with practical examples and advice for communities in the Czech Republic and also other countries especially from the CEE region.
The programme started in November 2011 and by 2013, the toolkit for communities will be available.
