Abstract
General part of civil law is a key of the private law. Main focus is put on principals of civil law, the legal and natural persons, the subjective rights, abuse of rights, the sources and the interpretation of sources of civil law and juridical acts including the existence validity and a avoidance of juridical acts (as a consequence of mistake, violence etc.).
