Abstract
A new approach towards a trade mark in the light of the new civil code, the issue of a trade mark as an intangible and movable object of property, legal disposal of a trade mark – its transfer, transfer of a trade mark registered in the name of an agent, legal disposal of a trade mark in relation to an undertaking, a trade mark as a security, its licencing and assignment cession of a contract.
