This publication contains papers from an international conference. They deal with issues of language learning, multilingualism and multiculturalism.
Addresses this issue from the perspective of different disciplines: anthropology, linguistics, pedagogy, philosophy, psychology, sociology. The object of interest is the teaching Russian as a foreign language as a minority language in the majority of Russian as a mother tongue in the Russian diaspora.
