Abstract
This paper reviews diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, a typical findings on magnetic resonance and contemporary diagnostic criteria (revised McDonald criteria from 2010). It points to the differences in the imaging (MRI) part compared to the McDonalds criteria from 2005; it shows the difficulties with implementing the current criteria.
Diagnostic and follow-up surveillance protocol is proposed for magnetic resonance imaging.
