Pyridine-N-oxide Analogues of DOTA and Their Gadolinium(III) Complexes Endowed with a Fast Water Exchange on the Square-Antiprismatic Isomer

Abstract

Two new ligands, DO3A-pyNox and its bifunctional analog with distant CO2H group, were synthesized. Full relaxometric investigations of their gadolinium(III) complexes having fast exchange of coordinated water molecule was carried out.
