Affinity chromatography of porcine pepsin and pepsinogen busing immobilized ligands derived from the specicifc substrate for this enzyme

Abstract

Preparation of affinity carriers (based on aromatic amino acids and their derivatives) for affinity chromatography of pepsin and pepsinogen was described.
