Publication at Faculty of Arts |

Abstract

Research finds that managers in the former Soviet countries differ from their counterparts in Britain in many aspects of personality. This implies that they may find it difficult to function effectivelly as managers in the post-Soviet era.

Findings implies the need for improved selection methods, extensive training and development programme to enable the present managers to cope.
