Sudan I metabolism by human cytochrome P450 1A1 is stimulated by microsomal cytochrome b5

Abstract

The activity of cytochrome P450 1A1 is nfluenced by another microsomal enzyme, ctochrome b5. Stimulation of oxidation of Sudan I is caused by this microsomal protein.
