Selected Aspects of Enforcement of Legal and Social Recognition of People with Different Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation

Abstract
Securing of rights of people with different gender identity and sexual orientation at the level of concrete national systems is solved by various ways. Key differences among national units in the domain of punishment of homosexuality are largely determined by influence of religion on legislation or eventually by social customs.
These issues have also become subject of decision making of ECthr as well as of negotiations in the structures of United Nations.
