Abstract
The paper starts with a memory of my first meeting with Zdeněk Neubauer. An explication of the main law of evolution according to Teilhard de Chardin follows, namely the law of creative union ( the law of shared being).
The paper mentions some parallels between Teihard's and Neubauer's thoughts, mainly a considerations on the difference between human and animals and the human task in evolutionary cosmos.
