The article assesses resutls of research of developable residential land designed at municipal master plans of municipalities within Prague Suburban Zone as of 2010. The evaluaton concentrates esp. on relation of scale of developable land in particular municipalities, population size of theese municipalities, location of theese municipalities within Prague Suburban Zone and in relation to transportation infrastructure and scale of undeveloped land in theese municipalities.
By comparison of size of developable land in particular municipalities with population gain of theese municipalities in last two decades, the article also contributes to discussion of necessity of designed developed land with respect to demand.
