Assessment of the effects of projects on the environment in Spain

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe the Spanish system of the Environmental Impact Assessment and to compare it with the Czech legal regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment. The article mainly deals with the procedural aspects of this environmental protection instrument.

The paper freely follows the articles published in this journal in the last (2012/3 and 2012/4) on the Polish and German EIA legislation.
