Abstract
Aim of the study was to test the effect of nicotine and kainic acid co-treatment in immature rats. Two different albino rats age groups were chosen for the study.
These results demonstrate, that sensitivity to nicotine differs during ontogenesis and subconvulsive dose of kainic acid influenced the length of discharges only in older animals.
