Tracheomalacia in a patient with aortic arch anomaly

Abstract

Authors present a case history of 72 years old male pacient with tracheomalacia due to persistent right aberrant subclavian artery - arteria lusoria. Diagnosis was made up late and in critical state of the patient.

Finding of appropriate treatment was not easy. Treatment of severe tracheomalacia still remains a clinical challenge.
