Holocaust on Trial - Sixty Years from the Conclusion of the Criminal Trial of Adolf Eichmann in Israel

Abstract

The article follows in detail the most significant trial of a Nazi criminal in 1960s - the trial of Adolf Eichmann and the influence of the International Criminal Law thereupon. Also other trials in in different countries are discussed in connection with this trial.
