Abstract
The article deals with the origin and formation of the administrative judiciary in the German state from 19th century. The main activity consists in the period after 1920, when there were efforts to build a unified system of administrative judiciary at the federal level.
The conclusion is devoted to setting up the Reich’s administrative Court in 1941.
