Abstract
The paper is primarily concerned with the impact of re-codification of private law into the regulation of labor-law relationships. Introduction of the paper is focused on changes in the normative systems.
Then the author discusses in general the issue of relationship between the new Civil Code and the Labour Code - in concrete possibilities of use of new institutes of Civil Code in the area of contractual negotiating. The Author gives comment, for example, on following institutes: rules of contractual process, culpa in contrahendo, acceptance of offer with reservation or with amendment, gross disproportion, significant change of circumstances, adhesive contracts and negative prescription etc.
The author also pays attention to the Act No. 303/2013 Coll. and changes relating to the Labour Code. In the conclusion the paper focuses on the issues that were discussed in the conference plenary.
