Abstract
The chapter deals with current issues of subjects of tax law application in the Czech Republic, including the Ministry of Finance, the General Financial Directorate, The Appellate Financial Directorate, the Specialized Tax Office and Tax Offices. In addition to financial authorities perform tasks in tax administration also customs authorities.
