Abstract
The communication addresses the case of a young man who was hospitalized for the unclear febrile illness. After exclusion of neuroinfection, pulmonary and urinary infection, the infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve was found as a cause.
The patient subsequently admitted to drug addiction. The possibilities of treatment are discussed.
